i like to eat snacks, something i can just pull out and eat that i dont have to prepare, i dont like slaving over food.
need to gain 15 pounds (i have my reasons.. my doctor says i need to gain weight) by the time school starts which is in about a month.
how can i gain weight, and go up a size (jeans) by then?

dont just say go to McDonalds, i want to gain weight in a healthy way.
