i am a 13 year old girl. I weight 130. Height 5'1. I go to ladies workout for 1 hour and 30 minutes usally everyday except sunday. Then I also swim for 1 hour everyday. I have been doing this for a month but no results. Can you give me a deit plan of what i should eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner please!

Also how much weight can I lose in a month doing this!
