mass....but my question is ....? What should I do (diet or exercise) so that I DO NOT lose much muscle mass as I grow older ?? I am 40 and though I am pretty fit & strong (because I have been into fitness & exercising for many years now), I know that after the age of 35/36 our body starts losing some muscle mass. I am asking all fitness pros. (personal trainers) & bodybuilders. If you all could please tell/suggest from an Indian perspective (because most of u are fm the U.S. I know) because I am from India. I am male.
