I just got a low-impact, up right stationay bike-What should my exercise routine be?
Ok, so I just got this bike which is in my room. I also have a stability ball, a pair of 3 lb weights, as well as 5 lb weights, and a mat..............

What should I do for a routine and how many days a week should I go on my bike and use my weights?

My total goal is 40-50lbs of weight loss, and I am going to work out at around 6 am.
