I'm 27yr male, 5'9, 220lbs. I calculated my base caloric level at 2133, worked out at minimum 600cal burned/day for 60 days, eating healthy food a total of 1700cals/day. Didnt lose 1lb, or have my % body fat change at all. Why? In theory I should have lost 2133 + 600 - 1700 = 1033 * 60 / 3500 = 17.7lbs. And I'm only counting gym calories burned, I walk also daily due to living 15min walk from the station. My diet was nothing crazy just a healthy mix of vegetables and boiled chicken breast etc . This is the 4th time Ive tried this with no success. What can I possibly be missing?
