I just cut for the first time. I need some advice?

Long story, won't describe the whole deal here. Basically, I've been through a lot of shit in the past few months, and tonight, I cut my wrists for the first time tonight. I'm planning on getting help (as in, therapy), but I need more immediate help. Is there a website where I can chat with someone about my problem, or do I have to wait until I can get an appointment with a therapist? Thanks, I'm worried about myself, I feel so alone...

without knowing where you are, i cannot recommend any particular one, but there are a lot of charities that operate telephone counseling services free of charge such as lifeline [australia] etc.
they don't show up on your phone bill and have absolutely no way of getting in contact with your parents etc.
in this instance, i would say actually talking with someone would be a lot better than reading something for yourself.
best of luck. be careful x

Stay calm and get to a therapist as soon as possible. Just remember that tomorow will be better. Try and get some sleep, eat something and do something that can distract you.
