I need help!!! Any advice? I'm 25, 5'6", and I joined the gym weighing 9st7 with dreams of being 9st3, I am now 10st3!!!!! I go to the gym at least 4 (max 6) times a week, do cardio (arc trainer), abs and weights. I eat one big healthy meal a day (really slow metabolism, also a coeliac with really bad IBS, so eating is a nightmare), I enjoy the odd glass of wine during the week and a big night out at weekends. I've tried all sorts of diets, which don't work at all... What more can I do??? All I want is to be the weight I was when I originally joined the gym, being 10st3 makes me feel sick I'm so heavy!! Any advice welcome.
