I hit my calf muscle at wrestling practice extremly hard. im a wrestler so pain is no stranger to me . but ?

when i hit my calf i immediately stoped in pain. its almost as if i charlie horsed my leg and it wouldn't go away. its been about a week now and i can finaly walk and jog on it but when i was playing basket ball today i tried to jump and i couldn't it almost feels as if i have a tiny tear in my calf..i have Extreme pain in my calf and hamstring area when i try to jump, run or fast jog, or when i take a big step.. i thought i just bruised my leg and it was just really deeply bruised ..BUT i also have a felling of numbness when i but led in certain positions siting down. i don't know what i have done but i would love to know? its been almost 2 weeks since i hit my leg
