Thread: I haven't dreamt for months. Is something wrong with me?

i havent had dreams (that i remember) for over at least 3 months. i did a little research and it said it might be because i cant get into a deep sleep, cuz my REM cycles get interrupted or sumthing....
im guessing this is due to my stress & lack of sleep/irregular sleep periods (late at night ...)

people dream all the time ,, but you hardly ever remember them so dont worry i cant remember the last time i had a dream either

I always heard that you are constatly dreaming, its whether you remember what you dreamt or not. I think you remember your dreams when you are in the lightest part of your sleep but i could be wrong.
