I work out 3 times a day, I wake up and do Arobics for all lower body and burning fat arobics later i do a Abbs and Arms workout and finaly i do a only abbs workout.... I eat plenty of vegetables and fruit such as grapefruit... steam asapargus carrots broccoli green beans squash eggplant zucchini corn lettuce onion oranges apples i drink green tea and only water...ive been doing this for a month now and ive got till the 20th of december any more ideas? this exersising has boost my metobilsm big time!
