I need help to see what things i can do to improve myself. It's not just that i wanna lose weight...I need some muscle..I eat unhealthy, i barely excercise..
Im going through a self esteem crisis...im pretty by face i guess but there are many things i dont like about myself..i have big feet and hands..big ears and my ribcage sticks out nd i have a strange hole in my chest.
before you say im ugly...im not and the things i dont like are things im able to hide..but they will affect me someday
about my weight.I weigh from 122-125 :\ im 5'5.i have fat and not in the good places...it's really noticeable on my belly whenever i see myself and it bother me a lot.i have long legs and a pretty short torso.im really not good at running, which is what i know i need to do.im used to eating a lot and im constantly hungry

so what can i do to tone down...i want to join a ymca but my mom complains its too expensive but ill convince her someday...i need advice from people who know what theyre saying.
