it tickles every now and then. it doesnt hurt to swallow or eat. they've been there for a few weeks but no other time

You should have a doctor check you. I had an itchy tickly throat and thought nothing of it and found out I had a throat infection.
Everyone is different I am not saying that is it, but it is good to have it checked anyway;0)
