Ok well i weigh 120 lbs and i am 13 and im 5' 3" i want to lose 10 lbs to get my love handles and small but large belly gone lol.

Can someone tell me how to do this without pulling out my daily soda and snacks. Thanks!

Dont tell me to not eat cause if i dont eat a good 3 meals a day without a small snack then i will faint.
i am very athletic and i need my problems gone in 2 weeks or 3 weeks.


Im not fat i just need a fast easy easy way to lose a few pounds off my love handles and belly lol
