I have started losing some weight, doing breathing exercies, and it shows slightly in the area you would call a spare tire. Now it's more like a deflated tire. There's a definite improvement when I'm standing, though you can still see the bulge from my stomach and side of my hips, but when I sit down it's obvious. If I could tone this part up, I know I'd be almost another size smaller. Is there any kind of exercise I can do to tone up this region? I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks a lot.
