ok. so i am 15 weigh 220 lbs. and i am 6 ft 1in. I would like to know if i could use the biggest loser workout routines and the cookbook for my age. I know you should go to the doctor but i am really weird about that. I don't like telling people i would like to lose weight. I just want to do it i don't really feel comfortable telling my doctor he is a great doctor i just don't like telling people.

Well i would like to know anyones experiences and how this would work on a 15 year old. I am built just like an adult. I really need to get my weight down and i can't do it alone so i would like something to guide me to get to this weight!!!!
