Thread: I have this problem....?

Its ridiculous really, but lately its been getting really bad.

Alright, whenever people ask me to find something or do something, even if its something as simple as can you get me some bennadryll (sp?), I get SUPER anxious. Like my dad literally asked me to "find the fan" and I had an anxiety attack after a few minutes of searching! My dad was like "What's up with you?" and I was just freaking out jsut because he asked me to find something and I couldn't. anyone have a clue on why I freak out when people ask me to find things? And I admit I have an anxiety disorder but still this doesn't seem to be one of the symptoms of panic disorder, is it?
