so i started this eating healthy diet (lot of proteins and cut down on my carbohydrates) and 15 minutes exercise coupled with 15 minutes of jog and 45 min of walk at a fast pace...
I started on tuesday 1st july and till now i have lost like half a kg (1.1 pound)..am so demoralised..earlier i would go on a crash diet and i would lose some 2-3 kgs in a week.

What is wrong this time ? I was so excited about this sunday coz it was my weigh in day and now am soo annoyed .
