So I'm recovering from anorexia and I quit the swimming that I was doing 8 times a week. I have to gain a good amount of weight which means eating more but I'm scared it's going to get out of control. I used to have hypothyroidism but now I take medication for it. I was 5'1" and 150 pounds and then when I started taking the medication my weight went down to 120 pounds and eventually I was 5'6". That was when the anorexia started.

I want to gain the weight in muscle, not fat. I'm working out everyday but I'm worried because I'm not swimming that I'll gain the weight in fat, and I'm worried that if I start eating more it'll get out of control.

Any ideas/advice?
