Every time i have a sinus infection, and I have drainage or dripping, I get a tooth infection one that is broken, it actually feels like i am having a heart attack. I take clindramycin 300mg, Will this work? and why does it feel like i'm having a heart attack every time i get this?

how does it get infected? maybe if you brush your teeth, idk?..
