i have a personal trainer, train with him 2 times a week for 45 minutes. a pretty full on work out. today i 40mins treadmill and 20 mins on the bike and then with the trainer i did 3 sets of 10 lunges, after each set i leant against the wall for 30 seconds 2 times and then the 3rd time for 45 seconds and did leg curls 2 sets of curling in and 2 sets of curling out and then did weights 10kilos each side and bend down till i feel it stretch in my leg and skipping for 5 mins. i did similar things with my trainer he pushes me works me hard pretty full on 45 min session. last time i did boxing, dips, weights, leant against a ball on the wall had 2x 5 kilo weights and went down and back up. and i was not sore? am i not working out hard enough. i really sweat it out? people say i should be sore. i am pretty active throughout the day on my feet 10 hours a day i work in a cafe. long hours 4 days a week. please help! am i not working out hard enough? or i am just getting fitter?
