I have been eating this almost 2 weeks now...is it bad?

For dinner for almost two weeks, I have been having fresh veggies(lettuce, carrots, and cucumber) with veggies cooked in chicken stock (mushrooms, zucchini, squash, tomato, and broccoli) topped with salsa and a little bit of ranch dressing. I also have about a 1/2 cup of grilled chicken.

I run/jog 65 minutes on the treadmill each morning.

For breakfast I have about 430 calories consisting of lean turkey, some cheese, and a granola bar.

For lunch I have a wrap with chicken, lettuce, mustard, and lowfat spread. I also have an apple and a cheesestick. I think it ends up being about 300 calories.

Will this make me gain weight if I am a recovering anorexic?

Depends how long ago you stopped being anorexic. You're still undereating, but if it was like last couple of weeks you will gain weight. But if it was a little while ago (like a month+) it's okay, try to raise your calorie intake slowly, like 200+ every 11 days until you get to 1700+.
