have kept a strict diet ...HELP!? I am averaging about 1800 calories a day, 260 grams of carbs, 150 grams of protein and about 25 grams of fat. I have been lifting wieghts for about an hour each day and then running on the eliptical for 35 minutes each day, keeping my BPM at 150 ( around peak cardio for my age). However after the week I have gained 2 lbs, I am confused......
