Thread: I HATE YOU, i love you<3, extreme mood swings.?

for the past few years i have really bad moodswings, sometimes i can be REALLY outgoing, then shy.
or REALLY mean, and then nice.
like its the average moodswings, i get really irritated over nothing. and sometimes im so calm over things i should be spazzing about. but im a little confused, because this isnt just during my "time of month" i have really bad mood swings, and i get told that very often, whats wrong with me? is my "time of month" like malfuntioning on me? =S
also, ive only noticed this since grade 7, and im grade 10 now,

but im noticing it more than ever, because people are always telling me im extremely moody.
