I had a prolapse operation 4 years ago and its back again.?

I have just discovered that i have yet again another prolapse. I had it stitched back up here in Libya 4 years ago, and now its came down. I cant bear the thought of going into hospital on my own for 7 days, as i did the last time, and my husband isnt here. He is in the Uk. I dont know what to do. I am at my wits end. Is there any alternative that i can do without having the operation now?? I know that i will need to have it done as its quite severe at the moment and its causing a dragging pain. I normally have so much get up and go, but i can hardly do anything now. I feel so depressed.
