...herniation in l4-l5 and l5-S1? the doctors sais i dont need any kind of surgery. but i always feel TINGLING in my LEFT FOOT ONLY. whenever i do something my left foot wil have tingling in it and my back will start to pain.
does anyone know anything about it. ???
