ok i have mi period. im stressed with home and school. i noticed yesterday that i kept getting cold then hot mi mom says im bumic (something like that) and i keep having 2 take mi jacket on and off can some1 help mi?

im 13 and i get like that too i think its normal, like your just getting chills and hot flashes
