    I feel so depressed. Why?

    Nothing that bad has happened to me. Why is it that I feel so depressed?

    Whenever I am sad like this, I always do something fun or relaxing, like taking a warm bath with all the lights off except for candles, take a nice long shower, read a book before bed, I always like to Excercise, because that makes me feel better when I am down in the dumps. Talk to a friend or a family member about this, maybe they can help. I wish you the best and feel better soon!

    I think its because you are worried of something. Try to think of happy thoughts. They always say that negative thoughts will really ruin your line of thinking. Eat more chocolates and sweets. Try to travel around your local place or outside the country. Travel Guide and Organizer.
