After I eat anything, from small snacks to three course meals, I feel very nauseous. I feel like it would be better if I could throw up but I can't. Also, I feel the need to burp deeply to try and settle my nausea, which it does for a few seconds. The nausea normally lasts for about 30 minutes to an hour, and I never actually vomit. I eat healthily and I have only had a vomit bug once in about five or six years.

I would be grateful of any ideas as to what this is, or advice for what I should do, it is really getting exhausting. Thank you
