Thread: I eat everything but I can't gain weight?

what is the problem?
I weigh like 101 and I wanna be I10..that's pretty good for me...I am 5'5

i went to the doctor I'm not aneroxic...I just don't gain weight fast....

my teacher whos a psychologist says who ever says
"I eat everything but I can't gain weight?" that means you're anorexic

You might be burning more than you eat. I would cut down on your exercise. Also look for food that are high in carbohydrates, sugar, and calories. Also eat late at night, right before bed, that way your body doesn't have the opportunity to burn off the calories. That should help. But you might have a high metabolism, good luck.

Was just gonna ask this....high metabolism I think, don't overdo your eating cuz I heard it'll mess with your metabolism when your in your 20's if you aren't already there and you'll be gaining weight because your metabolism would of slowed down.
