I don't have time to count calories?

Well right now I'm working FT and going to school FT, I don't have time to watch and count calories too much. I'm 215 and I'm 5'7, so I'm wanting to change that. I am 20 years old, so it's a priority of mine right now. I know, no junk food and no fast food. Make sure I drink 8 glasses of water, this I know so I don't need help with that, this is my question.

I want to have one cheat day a week, since I'm so young, would I be allowed to have my pizza or chips or candy that day?
Also, I don't have time to count calories and honestly, I'm a VERY picky eater as it is. Would I be able to just eat smaller portions. Like when I eat pasta, I eat out of a salad plate instead of a dinner plate etc.

6 meals, can my "meals" (the snacks between meals) be like a gronola bar?

Is 1 piece of toast with cream cheese okay for breakfast?

Im picky, can I just cut down to smaller portions, since I am so young?

On your budgets, both time and money, you would probably be best to buy healthy choice and lean cuisine. You can have one small piece of cheese pizza (1/8 of a medium) for a meal - or get a weight watchers one.

The other way would be to join Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem. But that might prove to be more expensive.

    I hate counting calories too.
