Even if i eat lots of junk food, i never seem to put on weight. Am i normal?

oh i know why because i have the same thing as you its this thing i forgot what its called but i had it when i was born and probaly you did too but this thing i forgot is like no matter how much you eat you wont gain weight.
for eexample theres this girl in 6th grade and her theighs are as skinny as her arms almost.
