Thread: i did something stupid...?

ok so i did something really stupid - i used a razor to shave the upper lip hair on my face, and ive been doing it once every 2 weeks now for almost 6 months(i now, i am going to stop this NOW), but for the first time EVER, the skin is red and whereever the hair is supposed to start growing, there is a little red spot....like a rzor burn or something, but its on my FACE SO U CAN SEE IT!! what do i do? i dont know whether tis an allergic reaction or just razor burn - but im guessing the second one cause i used the same stuff i do everyday....what should i do? *and please dont yell at me, i will never shave it again...thank you..

Girls are not supposed to shave over their lips! Put vaseline on it and please see a cosmetician if it doesnt go away

well i hope you know that the more you shave the more the hair grows and now you might just get those dark hairs on your face....i would suggest you wax next time

hi there. i would use wax instead of shaving cause yeah i think it will just give ya bad razor burn and nubs and bumps. waxing is better. also, try talking to a dermatoligist or esthatician to see what to you. stop shaving and go put some mosturizer on for a few days to help the burn and rashing go away peace
