I did a MAJOR diet change, is that why im sick? HELP!!?

About a month ago i did a complete diet over halll. I used to eat fast food anywhere from one to three times daily snacking, soda, sugars, candy cookies ice cream, you name it I ate it. I got the number seven plus two extra cheese burgers. I am happy to say I have re hauled my diet. I have cut out all fatty foods, no fast food, no dairy no red meat, the list goes on and on and on. I don't take in nearly half of what i used to eat. Again it has been about a month since i did all of this. When i first did the change everything was fine and it reallydidn'tt bother me. But suddenly i came down with a "stomach flu"? I Felt nauseated a few days ago, and then was fine. Then two days ago, was throwing up withdiarheand started to feel okay again. But keep going in and out of nanausea So i dodon'tnow if this is all attributing to my massive diet change, or just a really funky bug that teteeters back and forth? Anyone know?
