Even if I'm not hungry, I just eat... I am gaining weight a little bit, but I don't want to gain any more before it gets out of hand. How do I get over this? People at school are already teasing me about it.
Btw, I usually do eat healthy. I can't work out for a while (because I have a dislocated shoulder) so I can't do many activities. My mom doesn't even let me go for a walk! I do drink water and chew gum a lot, but it still doesn't work!
