Thread: I can't sleep?

I sleep for a couple hours a night. I get angry with everyone over simple questions. To the point were I could rip there head off. I just want to sleep. I've tried a bunch of prescription and non prescription drugs and nothing works. Not even doubling up on them. The one that worked one time was just getting real drunk then taking the sleeping pill. Can anyone give me tips or things they do to help you sleep. Thanks

When I'm sick I take a few cups of Nyquil..kills the cold/flu germs and makes you sleep well. You've probably tried that though...
