I workout about everyday on different parts of the body for example mon wed and fri and sunday i do arms neck. While sat tue and thur i work on my abs and chest. I mostly run almost every other day. However, im not gaining any muscle. I started this whole processes about 8 months ago to lose weight and i have lost about 45 pounds( i weigh 175 at 6'1) but now i want to built muscle. I almost have the sixpack but its like the love handles are there and i dont know how to get rid of them. I eat about 150 g of protein and 150 carbs a day. They are mostly from protein shakes. I lift fairly heavy weights for biceps i curl about 35-40lbs on each arm for bench about 180-200 lbs for abs i use ankle weights that weigh about 10 lbs on each leg. Doing all this i cant seem to get bigger. They say i need to eat more but i dont want to gain the fat back so what the hell do i do?
