ok so im 15 120 pounds, and i need to gain weight/muscles
ive gone to gym for about 8 months but there arnt any visible changes, i lift like 50% more but i dont look any better
i try to eat more but its really hard becuz wven when i do eat mroe my metabolism is too fast...

im wondering if protien supplements r good for you and if theres anything bad about them? i want my parents to get me some but i wanna kno about them
