...count all my calories.? If I eat around 1200 calories a day, and work out 6 days a week I can drop to about 180 lbs. When I go to maintain, I workout 3 to 4 days a week and eat around 1800 calories a day BUT instead of maintaining i'll gain weight Rapidly.

If I don't stick to my plan I'll baloon up to 210 lbs in a month and a half. Then I have to go back to being missrable to drop weight again.

I carry all my weight in my mid section, I'm 5'7"
I eat HEALTHY, no fast food, proteins, good carbs and I count cals.

I've tried all supplements, diets and whatever. I have a good core workout.

I just can't figure out why my weight is SOOO volatile. any help???
