    I.B.S Sufferers only?

    I suffer from IBS and have tried everything! I have seen a dietician, tried countless diets, pills potions you name it. Laxatives are lethal and do not help long term. The worst thing during a bad time is the bloating. Does anyone have any advice at all....:-(

    I use zantac the only thing thats ever worked for me.
