I am a 16 year old girl and i am trying to lose weight. I am 5'8 and i weigh 137 pounds...my goal is to get to 115 lbs. Today i ate 1200 calories, and even though everyone says that you should eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight, i think its too much. I did 2 hours of cardio toady too. Am i going to gain weight? Im really scared and whenever i feel like i ate too much i feel like im going to have a panick attack. I am recovering from bulimia, and i really want to throw up, just to get this horrible anxious feeling out of me. HELP! I don't want to throw up, i just don't know what to do! Im really scared.
