I asked my trainer to buy a whey protein for me and he bought a 45 % whey protein?
I did not realise that before but only when I started using it after a day.
I am 21 male and I have just joined the gym.
Im a veggie so practically I have very less proteins in my diet
I take 30 gm before and after my workout.
it has helped but not like I expected it to be and how I heard it affects ( good effects )
does that 45% whey mean I have to talk the protein in more amount?
any suggestions ???
