    I am trying to get rid of my man boobs, what exercises should i do?

    i already know lifting weights for the upper body works but i dont want to muscle over fat

    do 12-15 reps. Push ups are fine. This will tighten up your chest. Then you need cardio (interval training or high intensity interval) to lose the fat. Lifting weights alone will not burn enough fat.
