...will wake up over night and ha? I am tiring to lose weight and I want to be realistic about it. I don’t think I will wake up over night and have the weight gone. I want to do it the smart way by losing it over time. I now weigh 300 lbs and I feel fine in my owe skin; I just want to know I will be around to see my kids grow up. I am health even though I am overweight. I have no illnesses or anything, now my over all weight lose goal is 50 to 70 lbs I want to do this over the next year and a half. This means I want to lose about 3.8 lbs a month. My question to you is where I should start to lose the weight I was told to do one thing at a time and how many calories should I eat a day. Should I start out by walking a mile or just a half? I want a plan I can stick too my doctor has also given me diet pills to help me on my way. But I can only take them for a short time which is good. I plan on starting everything on Monday 20,2008 please let me know what you think?
