    I am a teenager ...i need help losing weight?

    I am 13 and i have to lose a little weight on my abs....thighs..maybe butt...LOL. Do you know any good exercizes to help me go one pants size smaller...or any diet tips??? Thanx..Send links if u know any good ones.

    just eat mostly healthy food, very little junk. exercise 2-3 times a week by walking, running, swimming, playing a sport, etc.

    i just ate healthy, walked everywhere, jumped on my tarmpoline, lift weights and my tight jeans are no longer tight.
