Hello all i need help with this new diet I am starting, for breakfast i can eat this-1/2 grapefruit or juiceunsweet, 2 eggs any style, 2 slices bacon
for lunch- 1/2 grapefruit or juice, salad any dressing, meat any style
supper- 1/2 grapefuit or juice, meat,vegetable(green or red), coffee or 1 cup tea.
well i need to know what vegetables are good for me, and on meats i was told not to substitute the bacon at breakfast but i could on the other meals, for like peanut butter is that true i am not a meat eater so i will be getting use to this for sure.any comments or suggestions are highly welcomed.

what i need to know is what meats can i eat and what veggies.
what not to eat. also can i drink unsweet tea?
