I have been having the hardest times with dieting simply because I find that I am still hungry after pre-portioned, healthy meals, and I guess I tend to overeat or eat until satisfied. Lots of ppl have ideas (peanut butter and other foods rich in protein) but I have tried all of these and am still hungry. I'm not a big girl, but I seem to always be a little hungry. What should I do? (I just lost a baby and I think I still eat as if I'm pregnant. Idk if that is relevant or not, but its been about three months now.)
