i am 16 y.o.,5ft 7" and i am somewhere between 230 to 250. i have some complications and i think its comming from being extremely overweight.i carry most of the weight in my stomach. im trying to loose it!! i walk an hour a day and i cut back on going to fast food restaurants.I am sooo tired of being this big and its time for a change..somebody please help...any good exercises, diet plans that could help me better my self?? because i get sooo emotional and self conscience about my body and its problems!!
