I am a fairly healthy 20 year old, 6'4, athletic and strong.
I can run the mile in a bit under 6min. I love riding my bike and swimming.
Even though I am healthier than most people, I still have two problems that I DO NOT LIKE.

1. I have a bit of a gut. It is fat (because its squishy/soft)
2. Man boobs (small ones but man boobs non the less) (since the 4th grade)


I have no idea what to do. I excursive a good amount. I do crunches and other thing that work out both problem areas. But nothing works. Im almost 21, and having both of those is embarrassing. But it seems like I cant get rid of either. Any suggestions?
