    i am female 45 yrs old 65 kg not able to reduce weight what to do yoga?

    i was only 50kg 2-3 yrs back, i walk for 20-25 minutes i eat very less like only , 1 bowl rice and dal in lunch at 3pm and 2 chapaties at 9.30 pm. after lunch i sleep for 1hr, is stress leads to obesity , i am sciatic patient can i join yoga or aerobics

    eating foods like rice and pasta can make you gain weight ,not if you eat the everynow and then but it will build up taking and maybe try to stay awake and not take afternoon naps this can cause you to stay awake longer and you can never get too much sleep, your exercise pattern is well just try to add a little more variety in your diet, hope this help
