I am 5'1 right now. My mom is 5'2 and my dad is 5'6. I exercise alot. I ran 2 hours a day for track but now I have gym and then cross country in july. Is there anything to help me grow taller?

Not likely. Unless you take some growth drugs that make it impossible to have children.
